Manage credit managers and underwrite working capital finance proposals, including fund- and non-fund-based facilities. Evaluate home loan and property-backed loan applications, structure deals, monitor portfolio quality, make timely credit decisions, visit customers, and coordinate with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service teams.

Develops and expands high-net-worth customer relationships, sources new banking customers, cross-sells products, promotes product enhancements, conducts sales initiatives, coordinates cross-company offerings, and maintains complete customer account records. The role also requires MIS generation and individualized relationship management for priority customers.

Manages relationships with new-car dealers in an open-market region, drives volume targets, and oversees branch profitability for the assigned area.
