Provide tier 1/2 remote technical support across PCs, Macs, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs; manage device lifecycle, endpoint security, and vendor/MSP coordination; monitor end-user experience metrics, document issues, support onboarding/offboarding, and drive continuous improvements to EUX and IT operations for a distributed global workforce.

Provide post-production Workday HCM support: design, configure, test, and implement solutions; run client workshops; troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, file loads and reports; deliver knowledge transfer, documentation, and best-practice guidance while meeting KPIs and working across multiple clients.

The role involves providing client support, managing incidents and service requests, assisting in system enhancements, and ensuring high client satisfaction in Workday environments.
