Own quotas for implementations, migrations, managed and AI-enabled contract services; generate pipeline via outbound, partners, and events; manage deal cycles from qualification to close; build relationships with legal and procurement stakeholders; develop GTM with cross-functional teams; forecast pipeline and coach junior BD/sales staff.

The People and Culture Associate will manage operational HR processes, support employee lifecycle activities, and assist with performance management and employee relations. They will handle employee queries, maintain HR reports, and suggest process improvements in a proactive manner.

Lead rebuilding FP&A systems and models: design Oracle→Pigment pipelines, ensure data integrity across systems, co-develop and operate Claude AI agents, own rolling forecasts, EBITDA bridges, scenario and capital analysis, produce executive strategy memos and KPIs, and mentor junior FP&A staff.
