Supports compliant international trade operations, including import, export, and transit activities; customs documentation; broker and logistics coordination; cross-border movement of materials and finished goods; ERP data maintenance; execution monitoring; issue escalation; service-provider oversight; stakeholder support; and process improvement. The role requires accurate, timely execution within trade compliance procedures and governance frameworks.

Leads global business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, governance, and team capability development. Owns Tableau-to-Power BI migration, develops complex data models and executive dashboards, validates metrics, and delivers actionable commercial and digital media insights. Partners with global and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions, drive adoption through training and support, and identify cross-market opportunities. Guides junior developers and promotes analytical best practices, data storytelling, performance optimization, and strong governance.

Owns end-to-end brand management, including P&L, brand strategy, consumer and market research, marketing campaigns, media planning, retail execution, forecasting, budgeting, and brand health tracking. Leads cross-functional and regional collaboration to drive short- and long-term business growth, innovation, and sustainable brand equity. Requires business-level English and Japanese communication.
