Lead and conduct workplace investigations into code-of-conduct issues (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, executive complaints); deliver disciplinary outcomes; ensure high-quality investigation reports and timely case management; advise senior leaders and partners; support governance, policy, risk/control initiatives, and continuous improvement across employee relations.
