Build, design, and architect scalable AI capabilities for Jitterbit’s SaaS automation platform. Develop reliable AI-driven applications using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, cloud services, and distributed architectures. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver features, mentor engineers, and maintain 24/7 systems. Work includes microservices, data pipelines, model deployment, multi-tenant SaaS, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and cloud security best practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for front-end and back-end systems. Develop test software using Node.js, WebdriverIO, TypeScript, pytest, and Python; integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; and validate APIs, integrations, databases, CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms. Collaborate with Agile teams and DevOps, improve testability, replace manual coverage with reliable automation, communicate quality risks, and support distributed teams and critical releases.

Design and develop features for Jitterbit's iPaaS and APIM platform, ensuring reliability and performance in a remote-first culture.
