Manage procure-to-pay and supply chain operations, including requisition-to-purchase-order transactions, MRP runs, catalog and purchase order management, master data management, spot buying, and helpdesk support. The role requires SAP expertise, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, cross-cultural collaboration, strong communication, and willingness to work onsite in Mumbai during the US night shift.

Generates and qualifies inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, email campaigns, HubSpot automation, website inquiries, and other outreach. Researches target accounts, develops value propositions, nurtures prospects, schedules qualified meetings, and transitions leads to sales. Maintains lead records in Salesforce and HubSpot, tracks campaign KPIs, prepares reports, supports customer visits, and collaborates with marketing, sales, research, and support teams.

Monitors and verifies global supply chain risk events using multiple sources, assesses supplier and shipment impacts, and produces actionable incident reports. Maintains citations, version control, lifecycle tracking, escalation workflows, and stakeholder updates. Collaborates with commodity managers, incorporates feedback, and conducts post-incident reviews. Requires strong analytical, communication, reporting, and data interpretation skills in manufacturing, procurement, geopolitical, and operational risk contexts.
