Leads mechanical and thermal integration for manufacturing facilities and data center liquid-cooling infrastructure. Designs cooling plants, hydronic networks, liquid-cooling loops, and associated components; defines performance, redundancy, and operational requirements; reviews CAD designs and BOMs; oversees thermal, hydraulic, mechanical, and pressure testing; drives manufacturability and assembly improvements; manages OEM and fabrication partners; and supports deployment, commissioning, and issue resolution.

Leads electrical integration design for data center, HVAC, and energy storage systems. Responsibilities include component selection, wiring and cable routing, electrical specifications, CAD documentation, vendor drawing reviews, testing, troubleshooting, design-to-manufacturing transitions, and compliance with applicable standards. The role also coordinates with architects, project managers, vendors, contract manufacturers, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers, mitigating project risks, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness.

Design and lead development of metal frames, enclosures, piping, and support structures for data center power and cooling infrastructure. Perform structural FEA, load and fatigue analysis, CAD modeling, fabrication drawing creation, material and process selection, and design validation. Collaborate with electrical, thermal, systems, suppliers, customers, and compliance teams. Drive design for manufacturability, cost reduction, lifecycle management, root-cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and mentoring of engineers.
