Develop a technically implementable MRV framework and equitable carbon revenue-sharing model to enable feeder-level solarisation (FLS) projects under PM-KUSUM to generate high-integrity carbon credits. Review standards/methodologies, define emission accounting, monitoring, reporting, verification procedures, identify technical and institutional requirements, and deliver inception, draft, and final reports with stakeholder presentations.
