Teams at International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT)

Provide regional ERP functional support for D365 and related enterprise systems, troubleshoot and escalate issues, maintain training materials and knowledge base, deliver user training, support onboarding, participate in testing and process improvements, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across regional operations.

Manage the SAS Asia project portfolio: plan, budget, monitor, mitigate risks, coordinate procurement, sub-awards, HR and M&E, ensure timely donor reporting, supervise project staff, liaise with HQ and use CIMMYT/CGIAR systems to manage project information.

Lead end-to-end HR for CIMMYT India: recruit, onboard, manage benefits and payroll coordination, ensure compliance with Indian labor law and HQ HR policies, support talent management, training and performance cycles, oversee HR analysts, handle employee relations, and coordinate local workforce administration and trainings.
