Teams at International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT)

Lead and coordinate business services across CIMMYT India and BISA India, overseeing inventory, warehouses, procurement, logistics, fleet, travel, facilities, governance, and risk management. Implement scalable processes, enforce internal controls, support D365 rollout, supervise field operations teams, ensure compliance and OHS for agrochemical handling, and provide operational reporting and contingency planning across multi-location research stations.

Lead end-to-end HR operations for CIMMYT India: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance with Indian labor law, employee relations, and HR database maintenance. Act as strategic HR partner to program leaders and oversee HR analyst support.

Provide regional operational analytics and BI for BSD functions across Asia: build dashboards, extract and analyze D365/ERP data, monitor procurement, fleet, travel, inventory, support strategic projects, governance, compliance, training, and stakeholder coordination to enable data-driven decisions and process improvements.
