Lead CIMMYT’s Systems Development and Scaling portfolio by developing strategy, advancing agricultural innovations through public and private delivery systems, securing funding, building international partnerships, managing multidisciplinary teams and budgets, and measuring adoption and impact. The role also connects scaling evidence and farmer feedback to Discovery research priorities while ensuring inclusion, safeguards, compliance, and sustainable partner ownership across multiple countries.

Leads full-spectrum HR for CIMMYT India, partnering with management on workforce planning, recruitment, development, performance management, employee relations, labor-law compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Oversees locally and internationally recruited staff processes, consultants, interns, and casual labor while supervising HR analysts. The role requires expertise in Indian labor laws, POSH compliance, talent management, and HR business partnering across an international organization.

Lead and coordinate business services across CIMMYT India and BISA India, overseeing inventory, warehouses, procurement, logistics, fleet, travel, facilities, governance, and risk management. Implement scalable processes, enforce internal controls, support D365 rollout, supervise field operations teams, ensure compliance and OHS for agrochemical handling, and provide operational reporting and contingency planning across multi-location research stations.
