Implement Zoho People and other HRMS platforms for clients across India and abroad. Responsibilities include gathering HR requirements, mapping processes, configuring HR modules and workflows, migrating data, training users, creating SOPs, managing go-live and stabilization, troubleshooting, and documenting configurations and change requests. The role is client-facing and involves working directly with HR leaders, founders, and CXOs.

Drive B2B enterprise sales for Zoho HRMS and CRM solutions by qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls and demos, preparing proposals, managing pipelines and forecasts, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating handoffs to consulting and implementation teams. The role also supports account growth, market campaigns, product knowledge, and client relationship management.

Build production React components, integrate frontend and backend APIs, assist with Node.js API development, debug full-stack functions, participate in code reviews, and document work. The two-month internship includes mentorship, production code ownership, a completion certificate, referral, portfolio development, and a monthly stipend.
