Manage a cloud operations team supporting SaaS Kubernetes applications across OCI and AWS. Oversee incident response, SLA-driven alerting, ticket triage, and production troubleshooting while mentoring engineers and collaborating with engineering to build automation, IaC, and processes to improve operational SLAs.

Manage and operate large databases across cloud and VM environments (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Provide backups, patching, performance tuning, monitoring, SOPs, data loads/unloads, support development teams, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and help define future database architecture for large (15+ TB) systems.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for microservices. Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm, create scalable multi-tenant cloud environments, collaborate in Agile teams, mentor junior engineers, drive DevOps process improvements, and produce technical documentation.
