Lead the impact data pipeline, manage mixed-methods research projects, perform data cleaning and analysis, produce visualisations and reports, coordinate with field teams and partners, and strengthen knowledge systems to inform programme decisions and funder communications.

Lead design and implement field studies, supervise data collection and analysis, conduct literature reviews, manage stakeholders and government partners, organize events, grow research community, and manage and mentor a research team to advance the Relational State Capacity Hub's research and dissemination.

Create visual assets and short-form video edits for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, reports, and campaigns. Develop infographics, illustrations, banners, and event collateral; ensure brand consistency; optimize video for platform formats; support creative campaign conceptualisation and maintain multimedia asset repositories.
