Leads finance operations, including bookkeeping, monthly and quarterly close, payments, bank reconciliations, foreign remittances, cash-flow management, audits, taxation, FCRA compliance, and banking relationships. The role also oversees administrative and facilities functions, establishes finance policies and SOPs, and supports accurate, timely financial operations across the organization.

Create visual assets and short-form video edits for social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, reports, and campaigns. Develop infographics, illustrations, banners, and event collateral; ensure brand consistency; optimize video for platform formats; support creative campaign conceptualisation and maintain multimedia asset repositories.

Lead development and execution of annual and multi-year fundraising strategy, secure and steward high-value donors (CSR, foundations, HNIs), manage end-to-end fundraising pipeline, craft proposals and reports, represent organization externally, and mentor the fundraising team to build capacity and accountability.

Support day-to-day accounting and compliance: maintain books in Tally, perform reconciliations, process payments, assist month/year-end close, prepare statutory workings (TDS/GST), track grant-wise expenses, and support donor/FCRA documentation and reporting.
