Lead integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns to grow footfall and brand equity. Own content strategy, copywriting, brand stewardship, campaign coordination, paid media optimisation, reporting and analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and agency/vendor management to support customer engagement and tenant success.

Manage and publish content across social and digital channels, coordinate paid media assets with agencies, monitor and respond to community interactions, collect and report digital performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute campaigns and optimise customer engagement and tenant success.

Perform patrols and static-post duties to maintain safety and order in the mall. Respond to and report emergencies, manage traffic and crowd control, monitor construction and maintenance works, enforce safety and fire regulations, assist tenants and shoppers, oversee outsourced security guards, and document incidents. Requires basic first aid, investigation skills, and knowledge of Auxiliary Police rules.
