Develop proofs of concept and production-oriented data science and AI solutions for government and organizational clients. Responsibilities include identifying use cases, preparing and assessing data, statistical modeling, forecasting, machine learning, LLM prototyping, evaluation, documentation, stakeholder communication, and client delivery. The role will establish data science capabilities for ICF’s India team and contribute to proposals, reusable processes, and project implementation.

Lead a team in energy market modeling, manage projects, communicate with clients, and develop business proposals while mentoring junior staff.

Build and evolve secure, scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications and business solutions. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into production-ready software, automation, integrations, and architectures. Use agentic coding and AI-assisted development practices, collaborate with cloud, data, and integration teams, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards. The role requires full-stack development, cloud-native engineering, stakeholder partnership, and the creation of reusable engineering patterns for future AI-enabled solutions.
