Supports monitoring and implementation of renewable energy programs in Maharashtra, including milestone tracking, database maintenance, dashboard and reporting preparation, field verification, vendor reviews, stakeholder coordination, training, and impact assessments. Works with government agencies, utilities, vendors, and district stakeholders while maintaining project records, confidentiality, and delivery timelines.

Provide financial management and analytical support for renewable energy schemes, including financial tracking, subsidy and DBT monitoring, claims review, reconciliations, financial modeling, projections, risk analysis, audit support, and coordination with banks, financial institutions, state agencies, and program stakeholders. The role also supports loan applications, financing processes, reporting, and corrective actions.

Coordinates renewable energy and power distribution program implementation across assigned states and DISCOMs. Tracks milestones, approvals, procurement, installation, commissioning, and corrective actions; validates progress through records, photographs, geo-tagging, and portal data. Manages state and utility stakeholders, field visits, issue escalation, performance reporting, and process improvements while supporting PMU deliverables and confidential information handling.

Provides techno-commercial, financial, and MIS support for renewable energy programs. Reviews feasibility studies and DPRs, assesses project viability using IRR, NPV, payback, and LCOE, validates technical and cost assumptions, reconciles project finances and subsidies, develops dashboards, tracks progress and exceptions, prepares analytical reports, and coordinates with finance, engineering, government, utility, and state stakeholders.

Manage project financial control across contract setup, reporting, revenue recognition, billing, forecasting, accruals, cash flow, risk reviews, and audit support. Analyze project performance, monitor work-in-progress and aged debt, ensure compliance with SOX and financial processes, and advise project managers and directors. The role also trains project managers, supports controls and documentation, and collaborates across India and Europe.

Produces client-ready reports, presentations, and quantitative models while collaborating with India-based and North American teams. Requires strong economic analysis, communication, research, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of natural gas and utility markets preferred.

Lead a team in energy market modeling, manage projects, communicate with clients, and develop business proposals while mentoring junior staff.

The Analyst will support interconnection applications, assist with technical analyses, and prepare deliverables, focusing on power system consulting within a team.

Provide strategic and technical support to strengthen institutional frameworks, governance mechanisms, policies and implementation systems for state and city climate programmes. Assess institutions, design governance frameworks and SOPs, integrate climate objectives into planning, identify capacity gaps, facilitate stakeholder consultations and inter-departmental coordination, prepare policy briefs and advise government agencies during implementation and review meetings.

Perform production cost and transmission congestion modeling and nodal market analysis. Collect, manage, and analyze power sector data, run load flow studies, develop code/macros to process large datasets, and prepare written deliverables. Research ISO/RTO market developments and support modeling and policy analysis for transmission, renewables, smart grid, and distribution.

Lead integrated urban planning and climate-responsive city development efforts: prepare master and investment plans, conduct land-use and infrastructure gap analyses, develop implementation frameworks and planning guidelines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support policy reform and funding proposals, and liaise with government agencies across multiple Indian regions.

Provide technical expertise to develop and implement urban and regional climate mitigation and adaptation strategies. Lead climate action plans, GHG inventories, vulnerability assessments, MRV, and implementation roadmaps; advise governments, prepare technical reports, run workshops, and integrate climate into infrastructure with multi-state travel.

Develop and manage GIS databases, perform spatial and remote sensing analyses, produce climate risk and land-use maps, build web-GIS dashboards and decision-support tools, support emissions and scenario modelling, establish data quality and governance, train government officials, coordinate with sector specialists, and prepare technical spatial reports and monitoring dashboards.

Perform production cost and transmission congestion modeling for nodal power markets, analyze transmission and load flow, manage datasets and code/macros, research ISO/RTO market developments, and support modeling for transmission, renewables, and smart grid policy analyses.

Lead assessment and planning of sustainable urban infrastructure, including mobility, public transport and EV transitions, water and waste management, renewable energy and efficiency interventions, resilience and nature-based solutions.
