Leads large-scale air cargo IT and digital transformation deal shaping, solution design, executive client advisory, strategy workshops, and bid management. Develops cargo industry thought leadership, solution accelerators, and reference architectures while aligning airlines, handlers, forwarders, airports, regulators, business stakeholders, and technology teams. Requires deep air cargo operations expertise, CXO-level presence, and experience shaping major transformation deals across cargo IT, ground handling, and freight platforms.

Leads 3–4 cross-functional engineering squads delivering scalable distributed systems. Oversees architecture, Java and cloud-based development, technical quality, DevOps, CI/CD, performance, security, and technical escalations. Partners with architects, product leaders, and stakeholders on roadmap delivery, capacity planning, and hiring. Coaches engineering staff, manages performance, drives career development, and promotes GenAI-enabled systems, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Leads analysis, architecture, design, development, and implementation of web and mobile applications. Provides technical guidance to team members and promotes software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle. Requires expertise in ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core Web API, Angular, Ionic, Oracle or PostgreSQL, front-end technologies, Git, and Agile development.
