The role requires strong analytical, technical, strategic, and client-management skills, with a focus on high-ticket lead generation and long-term account growth.

Manage and scale paid social campaigns to generate qualified leads for client open-day events. Own performance across creative strategy, acquisition, landing page conversion, and lead-to-booking rates. Conduct market research, direct creative testing, optimize funnels, analyze attribution data, produce monthly reports, and implement performance improvements. The role requires strong paid media expertise, analytical ability, GoHighLevel experience, and comfort with tracking, automation, and AI tools.

Own the bug and feature queue for internal business tools, prioritizing requests by impact, gathering user feedback, fixing bugs, shipping features with AI coding tools, testing changes, documenting systems, and improving user experience. The role combines product judgment, lightweight technical building, proactive problem-solving, and close collaboration with the COO and CCO.
