Leads Hilton’s South India sales organization, driving revenue, market share, account growth, and customer relationships across Hilton’s global hotel portfolio. Develops sales strategies, manages key accounts, supports hotel openings, leads trade events, and collaborates with internal and hotel stakeholders. Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and performance-managing a distributed sales team while ensuring ethical conduct, policy compliance, and achievement of commercial targets.

Provides in-house corporate and commercial legal support for Hilton’s hotel operations and business partners across South Asia. Responsibilities include advising on hotel operations, retention matters, management and franchise agreements, commercial contracts, compliance, marketing, policies, and operational legal strategies. The role negotiates agreements, coordinates with internal and external counsel, maintains legal resources, trains business partners, and supports cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Provides IT support for hotel technology infrastructure, including troubleshooting equipment and connectivity, managing hardware and software assets, installing A/V and networking equipment, training users, processing technology-related billing, and documenting maintenance activities.
