Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, manage users/roles/security, perform upgrades and release management, configure scripts/policies/catalog items, support ITSM processes and CMDB governance, run integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server), support Discovery/Service Mapping, develop reports/dashboards, provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior staff.
