Lead and develop the Trial Experience team to drive trial engagement and conversion. Coach managers and frontline staff, monitor KPIs, improve processes, handle escalations, and use data to optimize outcomes. Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers derive value from the HighLevel platform.

Six-month remote apprenticeship supporting customer onboarding, software implementation, transition planning, product adoption, documentation, education sessions, and basic implementation issues. The apprentice will work with experienced advisors, understand customer needs, collaborate with internal teams, maintain customer relationships, and help improve implementation and onboarding experiences while developing SaaS and customer success skills.

Own the architecture and technical direction of HighLevel’s platform frontend, including the application shell, module federation, shared component library, build tooling, and performance standards. Lead migrations, independent release strategies, failure isolation, accessibility, internationalization, and observability. Remain hands-on with frontend architecture and code while mentoring engineers, driving cross-team adoption, and optimizing large-scale web applications.
