Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US/Canada clients in Workday Payroll, including validations, approvals, off-cycle and retro processing. Perform reconciliations (gross-to-net, payroll-to-GL, bank, tax, benefits), maintain payroll data and EIB loads, troubleshoot integrations (time, benefits, GL, banking), coordinate with vendors/internal teams, and manage payroll queries through ticketing systems to meet SLAs.
