Lead talent acquisition and people operations for a remote, contractor-centric company. Build and optimize recruiting pipelines, run test projects and structured interviews, manage employer branding and hiring metrics. Design scalable people systems including onboarding, performance frameworks, workforce planning, retention, and reporting. Partner with leadership and external providers to support growth toward $100M.

Lead full finance function: deliver timely, audit-ready monthly financials; maintain weekly 12-month cash forecast; own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; implement automation and systems (ERP, reporting); document SOPs; drive profitability and EBITDA improvements; partner cross-functionally on inventory, cash, and product planning.

The Senior Director of Finance will lead the finance function, ensure accurate financials, implement systems for scalability, and drive profitability initiatives.
