Develop and enhance React/TypeScript interfaces and support Java/Spring Boot microservices for a cloud-hosted platform. Integrate REST APIs, Qualtrics, Lucidchart, Jaspersoft Visualize.js, OpenSearch, S3 document storage, and entitlement-aware workflows. Responsibilities include performance, accessibility, responsive design, testing, code reviews, defect resolution, deployment support, and Agile collaboration across product, QA, and engineering teams.

Support QA automation and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design, regression scripting, and test maintenance. Cross-train with team members and provide broad QA coverage.

Supports Oracle-focused business development through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, meeting generation, webinar promotion, and marketing campaign follow-up. The role engages prospects through email, LinkedIn, events, and cold calling; maintains CRM and prospect records; drafts executive-level communications; and coordinates closely with onshore sales teams, practice leaders, pre-sales teams, and alliance partners. The position requires strong B2B sales knowledge, communication, research, organization, and collaboration skills, with occasional graveyard-shift coverage and office-based work.
