Teams at GroundTruth

Manage and traffic mobile advertising campaigns in GroundTruth's ad-serving platform. Coordinate with account teams, implement creatives, ensure campaign fulfillment, perform QA, troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, produce reporting and month-end reconciliations, and maintain Ad Ops documentation.

Manage monthly billing reconciliation and invoice generation across business lines; coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Collections, and auditors; assist month-end close and revenue estimates; maintain documentation for audits and compliance; review and book employee expenses; perform monthly expense analysis and ad hoc reporting; provide administrative support. Role requires night-shift flexibility to support global clients.

As an Ad Operations Associate, you'll manage mobile advertising campaigns, analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaign fulfillment. Experience with ad technology and strong analytical skills are key.
