Establishes credibility as an HR industry expert, mentors analysts, improves research processes, and collaborates across Gartner’s global Insights community. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Leads research and advisory work on HR technology, with emphasis on talent management, learning and development, recruiting, and AI-enabled solutions. Develops independent market insights, evaluates vendors and emerging technologies, advises CHROs and senior clients, supports technology selection and strategy, and delivers presentations, briefings, and conference content. The role also includes peer collaboration, content review, mentoring junior analysts, and up to 25% regional and global travel.
