Develops quantitative market forecasts, market-share models, adoption analyses, and semiconductor-content models for MCUs, sensors, edge AI SoCs, and Physical AI applications. Tracks architecture transitions, vendor competition, demand across robotics and industrial markets, and cross-market dependencies. Produces published research, client recommendations, written analysis, and executive presentations while maintaining quarterly trackers and scenario models.

Develops thought leadership and actionable research on HR functional transformation, strategic planning, and HR technology for CHROs and senior HR leaders. Provides individualized client advice, presentations, conference content, sales support, and market analysis. Establishes credibility as an HR industry expert, mentors analysts, improves research processes, and collaborates across Gartner’s global Insights community. Travel may be required up to 25%.
