Develop and optimize Argus Enterprise and DCF financial models for multifamily and commercial real estate assets. Analyze markets, property comparables, economic trends, investment performance, IRR, and cash-on-cash returns. Prepare reports and recommendations for management and clients, and collaborate on acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay process using Yardi, BillPayExpress, and VendorCafe. Responsibilities include invoice processing, general ledger coding, vendor onboarding, payment coordination, statement reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and month-end AP reconciliations and accruals. The role requires communication with US-based clients, vendors, property managers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with accounting controls.

Own the resident accounts receivable cycle for assigned US real estate properties. Responsibilities include Yardi move-in and lease setup, daily cash application, tenant ledger maintenance, delinquency and collections support, move-out deposit accounting, GPR and accrual review, month-end AR-to-GL reconciliations, reporting, audit support, and training junior staff.
