Own day-to-day accounting operations, monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and AP/AR. Build scalable accounting systems and internal controls while maintaining property-level financial models. Support lender and investor reporting, loan covenant tracking, audits, cash planning, and asset performance analysis. Partner with leadership and operations in a fast-growth real estate environment.

Own end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns, including campus activations, events, email, SMS, trunk shows, and recruitment pushes. Coordinate Creative, Performance, Operations, campus managers, and vendors; manage project plans, budgets, timelines, documentation, analytics, and risk resolution. Set up Iterable campaigns, maintain content calendars, manage Asana infrastructure, and report on marketing strategy and OKR progress.

Receive confirmed flight bookings and build complete itineraries, prepare and verify invoices and payments, and deliver polished client communications. Coordinate extras (transfers, seats, meals), maintain accurate records across systems, escalate discrepancies, and ensure tasks are actioned within service-level timelines.
