Provides direct administrative and operational support to the President of Sales by managing calendars across time zones, prioritizing communications, preparing meeting materials, tracking deliverables, following up on action items, and drafting executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and company-wide communications.

Work directly with US clients to close warm inbound leads, own and grow accounts, manage your sales pipeline end-to-end, and learn product sourcing, negotiation, and customer success with 1:1 mentorship. Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.

Own client relationships as the primary technical and strategic lead for AI visibility. Audit brand representation across LLMs and digital channels, diagnose discoverability and accuracy issues, and translate findings into actionable content and brand strategy roadmaps. Collaborate with founders, strategy teams, and clients to prioritize initiatives. The role favors self-starters with startup experience, strong client communication, LLM and SEO knowledge, and analytical problem-solving skills.
