Source and close hires (nurses, nephrologists, RMO, technicians), build talent pipelines, manage attrition, lead employer branding/campus outreach, ensure compliance and credentialing, report KPIs to regional TA leadership, and advise hiring managers on market and compensation.

The HR Operations Supervisor oversees daily HR activities, leads a team, ensures data accuracy, and manages compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities include process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and HR systems management.
