Leads equipment finance capital markets syndication, including deal sourcing, structuring, client and investor relationship management, negotiations, documentation, and transaction execution. Builds institutional investor and syndication partner networks, advises clients on financing strategies, manages pipeline and fee-income growth, monitors market and regulatory developments, and coordinates internal leasing, credit, risk, and control teams. Represents the organization at industry events and contributes to strategic business expansion.

Supports equipment finance credit operations by entering and verifying commercial lease and loan applications, reviewing documentation, conducting credit, fraud, compliance, and regulatory screenings, researching public records, documenting findings, and escalating discrepancies. Provides administrative, reporting, and project support to the Credit team while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Administer and support financial systems (Blackline, Oracle Cloud EPM, Prologue, Fintrac), manage users and security, assist reconciliations, forecasting, month-end close, maintain documentation, and liaise between Finance and IT.

Manages documentation preparation, review, funding coordination, transaction reconciliation, exception approvals, and quality control for equipment finance transactions. Oversees daily channel operations, supports complex transaction structuring, resolves escalated issues, improves procedures, coordinates with banking and sales stakeholders, calculates incentive credits, and manages department talent and compliance.
