The Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Developer will lead technical design and development of PSA solutions on Salesforce and Certinia, focusing on scalable solutions and collaborating with various business stakeholders.

Design, automate, and operate large-scale distributed cloud systems. Implement and support PAM access management (OpenStack preferred). Build IaC and automation (Terraform, Ansible, scripting), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. Monitor production, participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and document operational procedures to improve availability, MTTD, and MTTR.

The Platform Engineer will manage deployment and configuration of Five9 software, providing consultative support and training to clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective communication.
