Own and operationalize NPV and unit economics frameworks across lending products. Audit models, measure expected versus actual portfolio performance, evaluate experiments, and quantify the economic impact of risk, pricing, credit policies, and growth decisions. Partner with Risk, Data Science, Product, and Growth teams to embed NPV into decision-making, influence senior leadership, standardize assumptions, and identify value creation or destruction across products and cohorts.

Lead owner of FairMoney's Android lending portfolio in Nigeria. Responsible for portfolio economics, business planning, credit strategy, affordability, experimentation, decision-engine implementation, forecasting, risk controls, and building a senior team while coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Own end-to-end credit strategy for an Android lending workstream: set roadmap, forecasts, and P&L; design experiments and PD/eligibility rules; implement decision-engine rules; define back-testing, validation and rollout plans; monitor performance and drive corrective actions; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor other analysts to ensure controlled, profitable growth.
