Drive enterprise sales of FactSet’s data and off-platform technology solutions to buy-side, sell-side, and strategic partner clients. Identify opportunities, manage sales pipelines, develop value propositions, collaborate with sales, implementation, consulting, and product teams, and serve as a subject-matter expert on financial data workflows. Build client relationships, deliver training, provide product feedback, and develop strategies that support client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Build trusted relationships with financial institution clients, understand their goals, improve workflows and product adoption, coordinate internal teams, resolve client issues, support retention and growth, and provide feedback for product improvements. The role also involves managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio, leading client initiatives, and contributing to team development.

Own and grow a Southeast Asia institutional buyside account portfolio for FactSet’s portfolio solutions. Serve as the technical subject matter expert across portfolio construction, research, asset allocation, performance, attribution, risk, fixed income, reporting, and managed services. Qualify opportunities, develop tailored demos, commercialize AI solutions, engage department heads and executives, manage multiple projects, maintain Salesforce, and relay client feedback to product teams.
