Own and grow a named portfolio of VARs, SIs, and distributors across Delhi-NCR and North India. Build joint business plans, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, recruit and enable partners, manage distribution and MDF programs, maintain CRM forecasts, and coordinate with field sales, systems engineering, and marketing to help partners close deals.

The Sr Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new business, growing existing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships, particularly in enterprise and public sectors, through strategic sales and collaboration efforts.

Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI infrastructure, distributed microservices, real-time data pipelines, and agentic AI systems for intelligent networking. Drive the full software lifecycle from design through production operations, establish technical direction, mentor engineers, and improve system reliability, security, observability, performance, and scalability.
