Build, ship, and improve Pebble’s iOS and Android mobile applications while identifying product friction across onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization. Develop prototypes and experiments, analyze user and product data, define success metrics, and use results to guide future decisions. The role combines production mobile engineering with product ownership, growth experimentation, conversion optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with founders and business leadership.

Build and ship growth-focused changes across mobile, web, and backend. Design experiments to improve onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention. Own implementation, testing, release, instrumentation, and production monitoring; improve experimentation systems and subscription/payment journeys.
