Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting including month-end/quarter/year-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsible for preparing and issuing client invoices, managing billing adjustments, write-offs, milestone billing, e-billing platforms, and project variances. The role coordinates with project managers, partners, finance teams, and master data specialists to ensure billing accuracy, compliance, timely revenue recognition, reduced revenue leakage, and improved cash flow. It also monitors invoice statuses, resolves billing tickets, escalates issues, and supports project financial health and performance KPIs.

Leads global order-to-cash service management and automation across project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable. Owns ticketing, service queues, workload balancing, SLA tracking, operational reporting, workflow adoption, audit controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, and Change teams to implement automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools and provides dashboards to Finance leadership.
