Teams at ERM

Deliver ESG/EHS due diligence and Phase I ESAs for M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and project finance. Conduct desktop and field assessments, stakeholder interviews, regulatory reviews, compliance audits, soil/groundwater risk assessments, reporting, proposals, budgeting, project management, and client advisory. Requires travel and strong English communication.

Provide hydrology and hydrogeology assessments, write EIA chapters and technical appendices, support scoping and baseline data collection, perform quality assurance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform planning, permitting, and sustainable project design for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and ESMPs aligned with IFC PS1 and other international standards; produce audit-ready manuals, action plans, and policies; advise regional teams and clients; maintain and improve management systems to meet regulatory, lender, and international governance requirements; collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
