Deliver ESG/EHS due diligence and Phase I ESAs for M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and project finance. Conduct desktop and field assessments, stakeholder interviews, regulatory reviews, compliance audits, soil/groundwater risk assessments, reporting, proposals, budgeting, project management, and client advisory. Requires travel and strong English communication.

Provide hydrology and hydrogeology assessments, write EIA chapters and technical appendices, support scoping and baseline data collection, perform quality assurance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform planning, permitting, and sustainable project design for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and ESMPs aligned with IFC PS1 and other international standards; produce audit-ready manuals, action plans, and policies; advise regional teams and clients; maintain and improve management systems to meet regulatory, lender, and international governance requirements; collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Produce and maintain HSE deliverables (risk assessments, checklists, registers, compliance trackers), maintain HSE records and dashboards, support hazard identification and control actions, compile and quality-check HSE data and reports, support training/induction materials, research legislation/standards, and apply ERM methodologies under regional supervision.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for EMEA Business Consulting roles: schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, perform pre-employment checks, maintain ATS/CRM data accuracy, support reporting, and drive process improvement and operational compliance.

Support global hydrology consulting by analyzing field and hydrological data, preparing groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, and technical annexes, and collaborating with project teams. Provide data interpretation, report preparation, and mentorship to junior staff while assisting project and task managers.

Provide geospatial technical solutions for environmental and sustainability projects: design and manage large GIS projects, process and validate spatial data, produce maps and visualizations, deploy field data collection (Survey123, Field Maps, Trimble), develop geoprocessing scripts (Python, ModelBuilder), maintain geodatabases, and support automation and GeoAI enhancements.

Support global capital project delivery by producing socio-economic baselines, impact assessments and mitigation frameworks for infrastructure, energy and mining projects. Carry out quantitative and qualitative economic appraisal (jobs, GVA, social value), stakeholder mapping, and draft EIA/ESIA chapters, technical notes and non-technical summaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams, support client engagement, contribute to bids, and ensure assessments align with UK/Irish and international standards (IFC, Equator Principles).

Support EHS audit engagements by preparing audit documentation, gathering and organizing evidence, performing basic checks, supporting sampling/testing, drafting findings, maintaining working papers and trackers, and assisting logistics. Collaborate with global teams, apply ERM methodologies and EHS standards, and support regulatory compliance and management-system assessments across high-hazard sectors.

Manage and validate environmental data in EQuIS, perform data migration and QA/QC, configure EQuIS workflows, develop Power BI dashboards, support project teams and labs, and produce documentation, SOPs, and standardized data management processes.

Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting including month-end/quarter/year-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.
