Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting including month-end/quarter/year-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, intercompany settlements, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsible for preparing and issuing client invoices, managing billing adjustments, write-offs, milestone billing, e-billing platforms, and project variances. The role coordinates with project managers, partners, finance teams, and master data specialists to ensure billing accuracy, compliance, timely revenue recognition, reduced revenue leakage, and improved cash flow. It also monitors invoice statuses, resolves billing tickets, escalates issues, and supports project financial health and performance KPIs.

Leads global order-to-cash service management and automation across project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable. Owns ticketing, service queues, workload balancing, SLA tracking, operational reporting, workflow adoption, audit controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, IT, and Change teams to implement automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools and provides dashboards to Finance leadership.

Executes end-to-end Record to Report accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activities, fixed asset accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance. Analyzes variances, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities while supporting transitions and system enhancements.

Deliver ESG/EHS due diligence and Phase I ESAs for M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and project finance. Conduct desktop and field assessments, stakeholder interviews, regulatory reviews, compliance audits, soil/groundwater risk assessments, reporting, proposals, budgeting, project management, and client advisory. Requires travel and strong English communication.

Produce and maintain HSE deliverables (risk assessments, checklists, registers, compliance trackers), maintain HSE records and dashboards, support hazard identification and control actions, compile and quality-check HSE data and reports, support training/induction materials, research legislation/standards, and apply ERM methodologies under regional supervision.

Support global hydrology consulting by analyzing field and hydrological data, preparing groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, and technical annexes, and collaborating with project teams. Provide data interpretation, report preparation, and mentorship to junior staff while assisting project and task managers.

Build talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles across global markets. Conduct talent mapping, market research, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence; source and engage candidates through professional networks and databases; maintain ATS and CRM records; develop passive talent engagement strategies; provide recruitment insights and reporting; support employer branding; and improve sourcing processes, compliance, and candidate experience.
