The Design & Engineering Lead will oversee engineering functions for wind and hybrid renewable projects, ensuring design excellence and grid compliance, while leading teams and governing engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and execute platform- and asset-level equity and structured capital raises for renewable projects. Manage deal structuring, investor outreach, financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, negotiations, and drive transactions to financial close.

This role involves leading sourcing strategies for wind energy projects, managing contracts, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations while optimizing costs.
