Support evaluation, development, and management of solar, wind, and BESS projects by building project finance and cash flow models, assessing PPAs and market/regulatory impacts, supporting fundraising and investor materials, and collaborating cross-functionally across origination, development, operations, and finance teams.

Provide legal support for contracting and procurement across renewable energy projects, including drafting, negotiating, and managing EPC, PPA, module supply, land and development agreements; handle claims, variations, contract closure, warranty disputes, litigation and arbitration; ensure regulatory compliance and advise management on contractual and legal risks.

The Design & Engineering Lead will oversee engineering functions for wind and hybrid renewable projects, ensuring design excellence and grid compliance, while leading teams and governing engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and execute platform- and asset-level equity and structured capital raises for renewable projects. Manage deal structuring, investor outreach, financial modeling, valuation, diligence coordination, negotiations, and drive transactions to financial close.
