Teams at Elastic

Lead Elastic’s full sales cycle across India’s Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, space, security, and intelligence accounts. Build executive and government relationships, develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, manage complex tenders and procurement processes, oversee proofs of concept and negotiations, and close strategic contracts. Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasts, and revenue performance while partnering with internal teams and strategic partners to position Elastic’s search, observability, security, SIEM, and AI solutions.

Designs, builds, sizes, and optimizes Elasticsearch platforms across self-managed, orchestrated, and managed environments. Responsibilities include cluster architecture, shard and index strategy, lifecycle management, upgrades, disaster recovery, performance troubleshooting across the full technology stack, customer consulting, reusable automation, and mentoring.

Lead strategic design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of Elastic Stack and Search AI solutions for enterprise customers. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, develop proofs of concept, optimize queries and clusters, and deliver scalable search platforms. Manage project objectives, dependencies, timelines, and customer relationships. Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and sales teams, provide product feedback, assess technical risks, and mentor team members. Periodic client-site travel of up to 20% is required.
