Design and model electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings using BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. Create 2D drawings and 3D models from LOD 100 to LOD 500, plan medium- and low-voltage power distribution, perform electrical calculations, ensure compliance with building codes and standards, and prepare technical documentation.

Design and model building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using BIM software. Create construction documents, equipment schedules, ductwork layouts, piping diagrams, 2D drawings, and 3D models. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals; perform calculations, simulations, and clash detection; and ensure designs comply with safety standards and building codes.
