What's the Company Culture Like at EchoStar?
EchoStar Employee Perspectives
What initially attracted me was the company's strong reputation in the industry. I wanted the opportunity to work on impactful projects, innovative technologies, and I thought I'd have that opportunity here at EchoStar.

My favorite thing about working at EchoStar is my ability to make an impact here. This company has given me both the resources and the encouragement from leadership to make an impact. If you want to come in here and change something or innovate something for the better, no one's going to stop you from doing that. Everyone encourages that.

25 years ago, when I started at EchoStar, I was really attracted to the people that I met during my interviews. I would not have stayed at EchoStar for such a long time if I had not been enjoying the work I'm doing. It has been absolutely fulfilling. I love what I do. I love the people that I work with, and it has been an extremely rewarding journey for me.
