Build and own Agent Warden’s backend services, data pipelines, APIs, frontend dashboards, CLIs, and deployment infrastructure. Develop with Python, FastAPI, NestJS, React, and TypeScript; manage PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, packaging, and releases. Lead testing, performance improvements, production debugging, and collaboration with Applied Research to productionize AI security capabilities using AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead technical support for B2B customer deployments, diagnosing issues across ML models, applications, APIs, infrastructure, networking, and deployment environments. Investigate incidents, review logs and configurations, coordinate escalations with FDE, SRE, and Engineering teams, monitor deployment health, document root causes, communicate with customer stakeholders, and develop tools and dashboards to meet support SLOs.
