Manage domestic rail and inland terminal operations by coordinating with railway stakeholders to track EXIM rakes, ensure timely turnaround, report and expedite mechanical repairs, monitor and reduce detention and transit times, produce MIS and performance presentations, maintain wagon integrity SOPs, arrange ROH/POH within target turnaround, and provide end-to-end coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Supervise warehouse staff, manage productivity, coordinate goods receipt and delivery, maintain records, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and interact with customers.

The Senior Executive - Rail Operations oversees rake and container turnaround, compliance with customs and railways, and customer relations to achieve operational KPIs.
