The Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring new business in the installment loan segment, managing direct sales agencies, and strengthening market networks.

Drive new business acquisition for mortgage and loan-against-property products through open-market sourcing. Build and manage a network of DSAs (minimum ~10), oversee DSA empanelment and file discussions, maintain product and policy knowledge, monitor market and competition, and use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows.
