Responsible for acquiring new mortgage and loan-against-property clients through open-market sales. The role manages and expands direct sales agency relationships, including maintaining a network of at least 10 DSAs and onboarding new agencies. Duties include understanding products and policies, monitoring market and competitor developments, negotiating effectively, and using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Drive new mortgage and loan-against-property business via open-market acquisition. Build and manage a strong DSA network (minimum 10 DSAs), empanel new DSAs, and leverage product, market and competitive knowledge, communication and negotiation skills to close business while responsibly using AI tools to improve productivity.
