Acquire and deepen B2C and HNW client relationships through account acquisition, cross-selling wealth management and investment products, retention and service delivery, compliance adherence, and collaboration with Relationship Management leadership and channels.

Supports relationship managers in servicing and expanding corporate banking client relationships across North and East India. Responsibilities include identifying and originating opportunities, coordinating corporate banking solutions, executing client transactions, developing new relationships, increasing wallet share, advising clients on macroeconomic and regulatory trends, monitoring industries, and managing portfolio risks. The role also requires knowledge of credit risk, ESG frameworks, corporate banking, and responsible use of AI tools.

Drive new mortgage and loan-against-property business via open-market acquisition. Build and manage a strong DSA network (minimum 10 DSAs), empanel new DSAs, and leverage product, market and competitive knowledge, communication and negotiation skills to close business while responsibly using AI tools to improve productivity.
