Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, configure advanced web forms, automations, journeys, data integrations, and campaign processes. Consult with clients on requirements, best practices, adoption, and digital transformation. Build and test campaign solutions, review code, support production platforms, develop Data Cloud segments, and train campaign managers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests and optimize end-to-end campaign delivery.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, measures, and DAX calculations. Extract and analyze data using SQL, validate report accuracy, troubleshoot data issues, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable visualizations and insights. The role also involves documenting dashboard logic and data sources while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Leads technical architecture and delivery for cloud-based data solutions. Designs data warehouses, data models, ETL pipelines, databases, and technical integrations; translates business requirements into SQL and ETL development; guides implementation teams; manages project delivery, technical governance, documentation, quality processes, and client communications. Requires hands-on Azure data engineering, architecture, development, and project leadership experience.
