Lead QA to embed quality into solution delivery: define and maintain unit tests, implement telemetry (InfluxDB/Grafana/Prometheus), manage defects and risks, ensure production-like test environments, mentor teams, and communicate status to senior stakeholders.

Develop and enhance Snowflake-native apps and Java backend services. Participate in full SDLC, follow Agile and TDD practices, implement CI/CD, collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions, and deliver features with attention to performance, security, and code reusability.
