Leads all onboard survey activities for dredging and offshore projects. Manages and coaches survey teams, monitors work progress and quality using survey equipment and software, coordinates with project stakeholders and vessel leadership, and ensures timely, high-quality survey deliverables. The role is fully rotational, requiring extended periods aboard vessels or at remote project sites.

Lead proactive asset reliability across a fleet by developing maintenance strategies, analyzing performance data, conducting root cause analyses, and driving continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams, supports capital projects, and improves asset availability while managing total cost of ownership. Strong analytical, electro-mechanical, communication, and advanced data analytics skills are required, with a preference for marine experience.

Coordinates end-to-end procurement for assigned projects, including sourcing, spot buys, vendor evaluation, purchase orders, procurement planning, and supplier follow-up. Acts as the link between project teams, central procurement, logistics, finance, and category managers. Maintains procurement lists and records, ensures policy and process compliance, supports inventory and equipment returns, resolves delivery issues, and drives total-cost optimization.
