Manage AML operations and FIU interactions, design and run trade surveillance, investigate suspicious activity, ensure KYC/EDD compliance, develop policies and reports, liaise with authorities, and provide compliance input across teams.

The Business Analyst will analyze complex datasets using SQL, create visualizations in Tableau, and utilize R and Python for statistical modeling to support business strategies.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid App and Web acquisition campaigns across major platforms. Monitor performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS), run RCA, prepare reports, and iterate using data-driven tests. Manage creatives with agencies, use programmatic DSPs and affiliates, and identify/secure direct partners. Coordinate with creative, tech, and analytics teams to align partnerships and improve acquisition efficiency.
